Electrical Package Manager – Data Centre – Sines, Portugal

Our client is a dedicated Data Centre Construction company providing turnkey solutions to our clients, headquartered in Dublin and delivering throughout Europe. As an engineering-focused organisation, they have grown to become one of the leading and most trusted companies in our sector. We are currently constructing multiple Turnkey Data Centre Projects across Europe, equating to over 500 MW of IT load in flight.
We are pleased to announce that we are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Package Manager to join our team. This position will be based on-site in Sines, Portugal.

Responsibilities

Electrical Package Planning & Execution
Manage the full electrical package lifecycle—installation, testing, commissioning, and handover—ensuring all works align with project scope, specifications, and programme milestones.
Subcontractor & Vendor Coordination
Lead, coordinate, and manage electrical subcontractors and vendors, ensuring they deliver their scope safely, on schedule, and to the required quality, while resolving technical or sequencing issues on site.
Technical Oversight & Design Interface
Review electrical drawings, equipment schedules, and design updates; raise technical queries; and ensure the electrical package integrates seamlessly with mechanical, civil, and architectural works.
Quality Assurance & Compliance
Ensure all electrical installations meet project QA/QC requirements, Portuguese regulations, EU directives, and client standards, conducting inspections and driving corrective actions where required.
Progress Reporting & Risk Management
Monitor progress against the electrical programme, identify risks, manage change/variations, and provide clear reporting to project management, stakeholders, and the client.

Requirements

Must have 8+ years’ experience in a similar role on large scale construction projects (preferably Data Centres)
Must have relevant degree level qualifications or equivalent trades background
Must have EU Passport or RTW in Portugal

Benefits

€90,000 - €95,000 + Full Rotational Package
